Shipping Policy


Order Processing

We will process your order within 24 to 48 hours after you have placed it. We process orders from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you place your order after 9am Pacific Time (PT) on a Friday, your order will be processed on Monday. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on Monday.


Once your order is processed it will be received by the carrier you selected during checkout. Orders are not shipped on the same day that they are placed, and orders are not delivered over the weekend. Please note, to deliver wine to an address, someone 21 years old or older must be present to accept the package. The carrier will make three delivery attempts. If you are not present to accept the package on any of these occasions, the carrier will return the wine to us and we will reach out to you directly to resolve.

State Restrictions

Due to state regulations, we cannot ship any wine to AK, AL, AR, DE, IN, LA, MS, NJ, RI, and UT.


Sometimes weather gets in the way. If we are shipping wine to a location with extreme weather temperatures, we may reach out to you to discuss alterations to your order. We may suggest delayed or expedited shipping.

Returns & Refunds

Wine shipping laws prohibit us from accepting returns. We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. Please see our shipping policy for information on returns from unsuccessful delivery attempts.
