Wines were periodically racked to clarify the wine and to help develop the smooth tannin structure.
After 16 months of oak aging, the individual varieties were blended to create the Dreaming Tree
Crush red wine blend.

Food Pairing Notes
A wonderful wine, enhanced by such foods as barbecue ribs, Vietnamese-style pork sandwiches, or vegetarian stuffed poblano peppers.
This is wine brings juicy red fruit with good mid-palate weight from the Merlot, ripe, jammy flavors from the Zinfandel, and dark fruit and structure from the Petite Sirah and Tannat. Thisis blend of the North Coast’s finest varieties results in a very tasty, complex wine with lots of fruit flavors and a long, soft finish.
The 2015 growing season started with a dry, mild winter and ramped up quickly from there. Similar conditions continued throughout the spring with the summer months warming up a bit, causing
the grapes to fully ripen. The season ended just as it began—earlier than usual. After the two previous
vintages delivered large crops, this one hit the reset button with lower-than-average yields. The
result—wines with highly concentrated flavors and bright, natural acidity.
Dreaming Tree Wines is licensed to ship CRUSH RED WINE to the following states: AK, CA, CO, DC, FL, HI, ID, MA, MN, MT, NC, NH, NM, NV, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, and WI.

"Let me drink you please. Won't spill a drop, I promise you" I had never found a red wine that really impressed me until my first taste of Crush. It has become my overall favorite.

Love at second sip. Full flavors, very complex. You think-- at first-- it will be sweet, but the flavor evens out and encourages a "mmmm" after each taste.

Have always loved blends. This is my fave wine, period; I have a crush on DTCrush. So happy I found it when we first moved to Florida. Have shared with others who now buy DTCrush [their own]. Need to re-order sooner than later. Cheers.

I was never a wine person (although I have tried few) until a friend introduced me to DT crush over a year ago. I fell in love with it ever since. Now I only drink this by itself or with meals and sometimes make a sangria. I love how it's smooth yet crisp and by the way love the bottle cover too.

This morning on my way into work I was listening to Crush. After a long day at work, I stopped at the store to get some wine. I was looking for something different and saw The Dreaming Tree. Noticed that the name was Crush. I grabbed the bottle and read the back. It was really Dave Matthews wine! I worried I wouldn't like it, but the smooth taste and gentle flavor are amazing. My new favorite blend! Can't wait to try others.
Great Wine! Great Price!

I have a friend in town last weekend for a couple of days. She works as a hostess at a Major Restaurant Chain. So we decided to have a Happy Hour at my House with some friends. The Wine Store in my area had Dreaming Tree Crush on sale for $8.97. So I bought 12 Bottles for under $110.00. It was the night of the big fight; Canelo vs Golofvkin. The Party was a big hit. No Food or wine left over. One of my guest asked me if the wine that we had was under $30.00 dollars. When I told him the price; he said he was buying a case of Dreaming Tree Red the next day. Great Wine and Great Price!

"Bartender, please. Fill my glass for me with the wine you have Jesus that set him free after three days in the ground." I LOVE Dreaming Tree Wines! Crush is my favorite, by far. The whole experience is top notch. I love to kick back with my favorite DMB mix on the iPod and a bottle of this wine. Perfect end to a long day.

"I'm on bended knee, oh Bartender please". I absolutely love, love, love both the Crush and the Pinot Noir.... both are light and pleasing to the palate. They are perfect for dinner and perfect by themselves... "The wine that's drinking me, is Dreaming Tree"... Thanks Dave Matthews and Dreaming Tree, for yet another way to relax under the stars....
